About us
Women’s Aid is the lead agency in addressing Domestic Violence and Abuse in Northern Ireland, and seeks through its work to provide service for women and children by promoting healthy and non-abusive relationships
Across Fermanagh, we directly support over 500 women and children every year.
Our Vision - Our vision is an end to Domestic Violence and Abuse in society and to establish a future where Domestic Violence and Abuse is unacceptable and women and children are safe in their homes.
Mission
- Women’s Aid is the lead voluntary organisation in Northern Ireland addressing Domestic Violence and Abuse and providing services for women and children.
- We recognise Domestic Violence and Abuse as one form of violence against women.
- Women’s Aid seeks to challenge attitudes and beliefs that perpetuate Domestic Violence and Abuse and, through our work, promote healthy and non-abusive relationships.
